Blane Land - Founder - Chief Executive Officer
Blane is a senior engagement manger and solutions architect with 25 years of industry experience. His research into the quantum nature of software reuse and human factors in solution design have led to four patents and the soft-software architecture that SofScience is based on. As a Big 6 project manager and technical architect, he evaluated client IT organizations and managed ERP deployments. His consulting engagements over the last eight years alone have included clients like the Franklin Mint, the international conglomerate KKR, the insurance companies USF&G and CNA, The Southern Company, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, The Associates, HSBC and Chase Manhattan Mortgage.

Tom Howie - Executive Vice President of Sales
Tommy is a dynamic, results-charged executive with over 23 successful years in building and leading profitable business organizations with expertise in sales, marketing and general management. For a large portion of his career, he was an executive with IBM, where he earned recognition for his contributions to revenue and profit performance. He is an expert in managing the entire sales cycle, including strategic planning, product management, brand development, and customer relationship management. Proficient in creating and deploying targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns, managing complex sales cycles and closing high-dollar deals. Progressive, charismatic and decisive business executive with high-caliber general management qualifications; an interactive, motivational management style; proven leadership talents; and a professional demeanor that fosters confidence and trust.

Terrence Schuck - Director - Chief Information Officer
Terry has spent over 30 years in the Information Technology field with the majority of that time in senior management positions for companies like HBO & Company, Allegiant Physician Services, Surgical Information Systems and Transcend Services. With over five years as a CIO of public companies, he is the current President and founder of CIO Strategies, LLC, which provides strategic information technology (IT) consulting services to small and medium-sized companies.
