Process Authoring Solution Accelerator Scenarios

managing the business of doing business

Process authoring is a breakthrough software technology for developing and managing commercial and governmental BPM solution accelerators.

The adaptive nature of the technology suggests that in commercial applications the framework will be fed from existing company metadata sources. In these scenarios, workflow (in addition to enforcing compliance, providing an auditable history of activity and information visibility) can be used to move content, statistics and metrics directly to legacy databases as an end product of normal workflow.

With governmental scenarios, universal XML like the DOJ XML Standard can be used to enforce compliance and automate internal process activity for a number of DOJ related agencies such as first responders, law enforcement, intelligence operations, jails, the court system and probation and pre-trial services. Beyond this broad applicability however, is process flow adaptability, allowing specific agencies the flexibility to model their own policies without violating overall compliance to the master schema. This unique capability directly supports interoperability at the point where one agency's work is then passed to the next, such as when law enforcement hands off arrested prisoners to the court system.

This line-of business independent solution accelerator can be visually configured by a Subject Matter Expert that understands the content and process flow to be modeled. A framework engineer is typically a SST resource or MS Certified Partner with a data analyst background.
